CONSULT THE MANUAL
Now with all that done we assemble the frame into a rolling chassis and get the engine ready to go in. Use a dash of Blue lock-tite on all bolts and fasteners with final assembly of the kit.

Ignition in place set engine and transmission in frame. CONSULT THE MANUAL
Line up engine, transmission sprocket, pulley with rear sprocket, pulley with straight edge or laser tool using spacers to align. Engine and trans not tight until outer primary is on solid, check alignment on drive section and tighten engine and transmission down, install clutch pack and inner primary drive. CONSULT THE MANUAL
Temporally set tank & seat on and mount rear fender to check fit, run oil lines, run wiring and mount regulator, switches, breakers etc. then mount tanks perm after all wiring done per wiring diagram furnished mount exhaust, speedometer, tachometer, horns, control cables consulting the manual.
WARNING-----Consult the manual on any question you have in your mind never guess or take advice, look it up, take your time and get it right the first time never cut corners or get in a rush.
Anybody can put something together but to build a motorcycle right, you must be mechanically minded, have the proper tools and go by the book. Never rush a build or half-ass do anything, if you can not do it right don't do it, get it done. Remember if it's not done right the first time, it will never be right. CONSULT THE MANUAL

Check everything out and set on floor.


Go over bike completely checking for anything not finished or done proper.
