Paint your frame & skins and cure them in sun if possible. Clean the frame good and prime, wet sand smooth and apply finish coat.
Make sure the paint is cured before any assembly, now lets put this bike together. Remember to consult the manual for any questions arising during the assembly, never guess at anything a small mistake can result in some disassembly to correct.
