Motorcycle Kit assembly1
Some items, parts may be on backorder at time of order and will not be in first shipment, they will follow in another shipment as soon as stocked. If item missing is needed right away we will order from another supplier and have shipped to you. All items will be there before they are needed to complete the build.
Order all parts and set up an assembly area and keep everyone out of it, arrange all your items in sections, engine & drive, wheels axle's etc., fenders tanks, hand & foot controls. All hardware is marked and keep all the hardware marked for each section with that section, and don't open and mix them before using.

When all the parts are inventoried and separated in build groups set up and dry assemble the bike to insure fit of all parts. Always keep these parts together when unassembled, is a good idea to keep proper bolts screwed into section they belong.

Dry assemble finger tight to assure all fits proper and all threaded holes are threaded proper. Bolt in fender struts and use small clamps to possession rear fender in proper place to allow clearance and center on frame. Mark holes to be drilled in fender. While doing all set-up place seat in place in order to get fender in proper place for seat.

This is just a precaution we take when assembling to insure all is right before final assembly and be sure we have everything. The tires are mounted and assembled then set on axel in frame to get wheels centered and spaced properly. The rear will have to be re-set to align with the trans drive pulley, sprocket during final assembly.

These photos will show you how it looks dry assembled, drilled and ready for assembly, the tank will set higher when on mounts. Fender was set in place with the rear wheel on in order to center it properly. DO NOT DRILL ANY PART OF THE FENDER WITH WHEEL AND TIRE IN PLACE.

After dry assemble and any drilling etc. disassemble and separate parts back in order together, put old bolts on threaded holes in frame to keep paint out of threads.
Prep the frame, tanks and fenders for painting with fillers if needed and prime all. At this point finish paint work and let cure for 24 hours before any assembly. During the painting and curing time assemble your wheels and tires, install firing module and generating unit in engine. If you don't know what your doing consult the manual or call me 706-554-5917
