Papa John didn't know me from Adam and I told him I had a problem with my custom show bike with an Ultima 127ci.  He took the time to call the company to confirm what he almost knew for sure what the problem. The next day I get an e-mail from him telling me of all possible problems but best of all confirming what he knew was the culprit. I am in Cincinnati Ohio but when I need anything and I own 2 custom builds and a 88 soft-tail numbered edition Papa John at www.teamcycle.com  will be getting that phone call so they all there get cooter pie.
