PHANTOM ISLAND

 Private island getaway, in the gamily since early 1900

There is no bridge to us, you come and leave by our boat or come in your own. We generate our own power, distill our own fresh water with a vacuum chamber.  We have our own little bar and specialize in sea food, burgers and cold sandwiches only. Bring your own stuff and cook out  if you wish at one of the outside charcoal cookers.

Open as long as we have customers, if your drunk you will not be allowed to leave the Island unless there is a sober person operating your boat, or you go back to mainland  on ours.

The sunsets are outstanding anytime there is no bad weather and there isn't much of that except for the hurricanes from time to time. Hurricane Charley hit us dead on but we are coming out of it. In one way it was a blessing, there had been plans to do some remolding anyway. The State put restrictions on what we could do as they want the Island for a game preserve. This was going to make things hard until Charlie came along, now I can rebuild and do what I want and the insurance can pay and fight it out with the State.

Come spend some time looking around and get a grip on this Bikers lifestyle, free and easy, hell there isn't even any law here, we make our own and have our own security. A male and a female Rottie both K-9 trained, one 120 lbs. and other 92 lbs. Not to mention a 320 lb 6'9" biker that lives there 24/7 known affectionately as "Tiny".
